Hydraulic oil is a very important and key substance in a four-column hydraulic press, so it must be carefully selected. Hydraulic oil has many functions in a hydraulic station, such as energy transmission, lubrication, sealing, cooling, and rust prevention. Hydraulic oil will flow through all the pipes, small holes, gaps and openings in the hydraulic station, so the selection of hydraulic oil is very critical for the hydraulic station.
Precautions for selecting hydraulic oil for four-column hydraulic press:
1. Defoaming property of hydraulic oil
The four-column hydraulic press requires that the air bubbles and foam produced by the hydraulic oil should be as small as possible and disappear quickly.
2. Rust and corrosion resistance of hydraulic oil
Under the action of water and air, the metal surface of hydraulic components will be rusted and corroded.
