The four-column hydraulic machine will generate a lot of heat when it works for a long time. If the heat dissipation is not good, the oil temperature inside the tank will rise and affect the processing. At this time, it is necessary to install a cooler in the hydraulic system to dissipate heat. So, what are the installation methods and characteristics of the cooler?
The cooler is generally installed in the oil return pipeline or low-pressure pipeline, and can also be installed at the oil outlet of the hydraulic pump if necessary to form an independent cooling circuit. Details are as follows:
1. The cooler is installed at the overflow port of the main overflow valve. The feature of this installation method is that the hot oil generated by the overflow valve can be directly cooled or not affected by the impact pressure of the system, the one-way valve plays a protective role, and the stop valve can make the hydraulic oil return directly to the oil tank when starting .
2. The cooling is installed on the main oil return road. The feature of this installation method is that the cooler is directly installed on the main return oil circuit, and the cooling speed is fast, but when the system circuit has impact pressure, the cooler is required to withstand higher pressure.
3. Independent cooling circuit. The advantage of the independent cooling circuit is; a separate hydraulic pump passes the hot working medium into the cooler, and the cooler is not affected by hydraulic shocks.
In addition, it should be reminded that when choosing a four-column hydraulic machine cooler, it is necessary to choose a cooler with good heat dissipation, sufficient strength, and a frame-type four-column hydraulic machine that is easy to control the oil to maintain a constant temperature, so as to better dissipate heat.
