1. Slow down the closing speed of the reversing valve of the hydraulic press, increase the radius of the pipeline and the flow rate of the liquid. Doing so can reduce the instantaneous pressure during the closing time of the reversing valve and avoid hydraulic shock. If a DC solenoid valve is used, the hydraulic shock generated by it is smaller than that of an AC solenoid valve. For example, the hydraulic shock of DC solenoid valve is smaller than that of AC, or the electro-hydraulic directional valve with damping can slow down the reversing (closing) of the main directional valve spool by adjusting the damping and controlling the pressure and flow through the pilot valve. speed.
2. Appropriately increase the pipe diameter of the hydraulic press and reduce the flow rate. Therefore, the change value of the flow rate can be reduced to reduce the buffer pressure; the length of the pipe can be shortened to avoid unnecessary bending; the use of the hose can also obtain a good effect of reducing the hydraulic shock.
3. Reduce the flow rate of hydraulic oil before the slide valve of the hydraulic press is completely closed. If the structure of the control boundary of the reversing valve is improved (opening a rectangular or V-shaped groove on the edge of the spool or making it into a cone), the hydraulic shock of the press can be greatly reduced.
4. Install accumulators where hydraulic impact is likely to occur. The accumulator can not only shorten the propagation distance and time of the pressure wave, but also absorb the pressure shock.
To sum up: Sudden closure of the valve of the hydraulic machine will cause great damage to the hydraulic system, and the above measures should be taken in time for investigation and preventive treatment!
