What are the precautions for the four-column hydraulic press during the pressure test?

The four-column hydraulic press is a kind of special hydraulic oil as the working medium, and the hydraulic pump as the power source. The force of the pump makes the hydraulic oil enter the cylinder/piston through the hydraulic pipeline, and then there are several sets of seals in the cylinder/piston that cooperate with each other. For parts, the seals in different positions are different, but they all play a role in sealing, so that the hydraulic oil cannot leak. Convert oil pressure energy into mechanical energy Oil hydraulic transmission is a transmission method that uses liquid pressure to transmit power and control. The hydraulic device is composed of hydraulic pump, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic control valve and hydraulic auxiliary components. What should we pay attention to when we test the pressure?
Precautions for four-column hydraulic press during pressure test:
1. The most important thing is to understand the principle of the machine and the corresponding structural performance, and carry out the pressure test according to the instructions.
2. During the pressure test, the safety valve of the system should be adjusted to the selected test pressure value.
3. After turning on the power, start the motor and observe whether its rotation direction is correct.
4. During the test, safety measures must be taken. In the process of operation and debugging, we should also pay great attention to the temperature change of hydraulic oil. The most suitable temperature for a general hydraulic system is 40-50 °C. When working at this temperature, the efficiency of the hydraulic components is the highest, and the oxidation resistance of the oil is in the best state. If the working temperature exceeds 80 °C, the oil will deteriorate early (every increase of 10 °C, the deterioration rate of the oil will increase by 2 times), and it will also cause a decrease in viscosity, poor lubricating performance, easy damage to the oil film, and easy burns to the hydraulic parts wait. Therefore, the working temperature of the hydraulic oil should not exceed 70-80 °C. When this temperature is exceeded, it should be stopped for cooling or forced cooling measures should be taken.
