Conditions that should be followed when installing a single-arm hydraulic press

1. The installation should keep the machine clean first: When installing the single-arm hydraulic press, strictly clean the hydraulic components and accessories installed in the single-arm hydraulic press, remove the rust inhibitor and all dirt that is harmful to the working fluid. All plugs, plastic plugs, and pipe plugs for hydraulic components and pipe ports are gradually removed as the project progresses, rather than being removed first to prevent dust from entering the components from the ports.
2. The inner and outer surfaces of the single-arm hydraulic press tank, the mating surfaces of the main machine and other visible parts must be kept clean.
3. Prevent contaminants from entering: During installation, protect the exposed parts of the components that come into contact with the working fluid (such as the piston rod) to prevent dust from entering the single-arm hydraulic press.
