1. Avoid accumulation of foreign matter
After use, remove sawdust, dust, oil, loosen the saw band, regularly remove the relevant cover, wipe the internal parts, perform deep cleaning, prevent rust and corrosion. 2. Blade cracking, tooth breaking, and tooth breakage

During the run-in period, adjust the slow feed to grind off the burrs on the saw teeth. After the saw teeth are smooth, normal sawing can be performed.
4. The sawing machine is not flexible
Check the hydraulic oil, coolant, lubricating oil, etc. of the band saw machine on a daily basis to ensure sufficient supply. Secondly, the quality, cleanliness and viscosity of the hydraulic oil play a leading role in the life of the hydraulic pump, hydraulic valve and hydraulic cylinder of the band saw machine. The quality and cleanliness of the hydraulic oil should be highly valued to avoid the inflexible operation of the band saw machine due to insufficient lubrication or blockage of hydraulic components.
5. Saw machine vibration
