This machine tool has the functions of automatic clamping, automatic feed, and automatic rapid rise (i.e. retraction) of the saw frame after cutting through mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic coordination.
The feed speed can be adjusted steplessly within a given range to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of cutting.
The cutting tool of the band saw adopts imported thin bimetallic band saw blades, which have narrow incisions, less consumables, and low power requirements, especially for cutting large materials such as large steel billets and large mold steel billets.
The up and down positioning of the saw frame of the band saw is controlled by an ultraviolet proximity switch, and the feeding length is detected and positioned by a grating ruler. The effective range is 500mm, ensuring the accuracy and safety of cutting.
The CNC band saw is suitable for sawing large quantities of materials of the same specifications. It has stable performance and high efficiency, and can replace the work efficiency of ordinary saws by 3 times.
The human-machine interface replaces the traditional control panel function, digital settings, indicator lights, etc., and displays the equipment status, operation instructions, and parameter settings at any time, which greatly simplifies the operation process and improves work efficiency
