Horizontal band saws are divided into angle saws (capable of sawing at 90 degrees and 45 degrees) and no angle, i.e. 90 degrees vertical cutting, according to the cutting angle requirements. 1. Adjustment of sawing angle: If you want to saw at any angle within 45 degrees, first loosen the fixed handle, then push the saw bow clockwise, align it with the angle scale on the angle scale on the base, and then lock the fixed handle. 2. When you have adjusted the sawing angle, the angle of the small vise must also be adjusted. Loosen the vise fixing screw, then push the small vise towards the large vise so that the small vise has the same angle as the large vise, and then tighten the fixing screw.

The hydraulic transmission system is composed of a hydraulic circuit consisting of pumps, valves, oil cylinders, oil tanks, pipelines and other components and accessories, which completes the lifting and lowering of the saw beam and the clamping of the workpiece under electrical control. The feed speed can be adjusted steplessly through the speed regulating valve to meet the needs of sawing workpieces of different materials.
The electrical control system is composed of a control circuit consisting of an electrical box, a control box, a junction box, a travel switch, an electromagnet, etc., which is used to control the rotation of the saw blade, the lifting and lowering of the saw beam, the clamping of the workpiece, etc., so that it can realize the normal cutting cycle according to a certain working procedure.
Before starting the lubrication system, it must be refueled according to the requirements of the machine tool lubrication parts (wire brush shaft, worm gear box, active bearing seat, worm bearing, upper and lower shafts of the lifting cylinder, and the clamping screw of the movable vise sliding surface).
