The working principle of the automatic horizontal band saw machine mainly depends on the control method of its feeding system, which usually involves the use of a grating ruler to detect the length of the feed. The microcomputer processes the detected signal and controls the feed valve to achieve precise control of the feeding length. This machine mainly consists of a saw head and a feeding system, in which the feeding system includes two vises: a fixed vise is used to fix the material when sawing, and the other movable vise is driven forward and backward by a lead screw, driven by a stepper motor controlled by 8031. In this way, high-precision control of the feeding speed and feed amount can be achieved. In automatic mode, the machine will automatically feed according to the preset parameters (such as the number of groups, length and number of roots of the processed material), and execute the instructions of dropping the saw, pressing the "working feed" limit switch, turning the "working feed", opening the saw blade control motor, pressing the lower limit, and closing the dropping saw. After the processing is completed, the actions of lifting the saw, lifting off the working feed, and closing the saw blade control motor will be executed in sequence.
