Automatic band saw machine
The automatic band saw machine is mainly composed of a saw head and a feeding system. There are two vises in the feeding system. The front vise is a fixed vise, which is used to fix the material when sawing. The rear vise is a moving vise. The material to be processed is fixed by the rear vise, and then the vise is driven forward and backward by the lead screw. The lead screw is driven by a stepper motor; therefore, as long as the stepper motor is properly controlled, high control accuracy and feeding speed can be guaranteed.
When working manually, you can operate the clamping, loosening, (loading, unloading) of the front and rear vises, lifting the saw, dropping the saw, and starting and stopping the saw blade control motor. You can also operate the forward and backward movement of the rear vise. During automatic operation, according to the edited and set parameters (the number of groups, length and number of roots of the processed material), the material is automatically fed, and then the instructions of dropping the saw, pressing the "work feed" limit switch, turning the "work feed", opening the saw blade control motor, pressing the lower limit, and closing the saw are automatically output in sequence. When the processing is completed, the instructions of lifting the saw, lifting the work feed, and closing the saw blade control motor are output in sequence.

Regular inspection

Always keep the cleanliness of the lubricating oil and add lubricating oil once per shift. Clean the debris in the coolant tank regularly; clean the oil tank once a week.

Non-operating personnel are strictly prohibited from operating. Strictly process the workpiece according to the procedures specified by the machine tool. It is forbidden to touch the electrical components with your hands. It is strictly forbidden to operate under overload. It is strictly forbidden to change the speed during operation. Prevent iron filings from entering the machine.
Regular maintenance
Frequently check whether the supply of cutting fluid is normal, pay attention to whether the cutting fluid is clean, and clean the cutting fluid tank and replace the cutting fluid when necessary. Regularly check the tension of the V-belt, whether the worm gear box and the main motor are overheated and lack of oil, and whether the area around the saw wheel is clean.
