Hydraulic system failure:
1. Unstable pressure problem
Possible factors: Hydraulic oil filter device is blocked, pump sucks air, and internal pump components are worn.
Treatment measures: Replace or clean the hydraulic oil filter, check whether the pump has cavitation, and replace the worn parts inside the pump.
2. Hydraulic oil temperature is too high
Possible factors: System pressure is set too high, oil circuit is blocked, hydraulic oil tank oil is insufficient, hydraulic oil does not meet specifications.
Treatment measures: Adjust system pressure to an appropriate range, clean hydraulic oil circuit, add enough hydraulic oil, and replace qualified hydraulic oil.
3. Hydraulic cylinder operation is abnormal
Possible factors: Failure of internal seals of hydraulic cylinder, decrease in output capacity of hydraulic pump, and blockage of hydraulic oil circuit.
Treatment measures: Replace the failed seals inside the hydraulic cylinder, check and adjust the output flow of the hydraulic pump, and clean the hydraulic oil circuit.
Mechanical operation problems:
1. Hydraulic press is too noisy
Possible factors: System pressure is set too high, pump drive shaft is worn, oil circuit is blocked, and hydraulic components are not firmly connected.
Treatment measures: adjust the system pressure to an appropriate level, replace the worn pump drive shaft, clean the hydraulic oil circuit, check and tighten the hydraulic component connection.
2. Hydraulic press leakage problem
Possible factors: aging of hydraulic component seals, loose connection threads, internal fault of proportional valve.
Treatment measures: replace aging hydraulic component seals, check and tighten connection threads, and replace faulty proportional valves.
