3. The installation of the mold on the hydraulic press must be carried out under the condition of power failure. It is forbidden to collide with the start button, handle and pedal on the foot switch.
4. Install the centering of the upper and lower molds, adjust the mold gap, and do not allow one side to deviate from the center. After confirming that the mold is fixed, test the pressure again.
5. Before the hydraulic machine works, first start the equipment and run it idling for 5 minutes. At the same time, check whether the oil level in the fuel tank is sufficient, whether the sound of the oil pump is normal, and whether the hydraulic unit, pipes, joints, and pistons are leaking.
6. Start the equipment to test the pressure, check whether the pressure reaches the working pressure, whether the operation of the equipment is normal and reliable, and whether there is any leakage. the
7. Adjust the working pressure, but it should not exceed 90% of the rated pressure of the equipment, test the pressure of a workpiece, and then produce after passing the inspection.
8. For different hydraulic machine profiles and workpieces, when pressing and correcting, the working pressure of the press and the number and time of pressure application and pressure holding should be adjusted at any time, and the mold and workpiece should not be damaged.
9. When the pressure plate of the machine body slides up and down, it is strictly forbidden to put hands and heads into the pressure plate and the working part of the mold.
10. It is strictly forbidden to perform knocking, stretching, welding, bending, twisting and other operations on the work while applying pressure.
11. Smoking, welding, cutting, and fire are not allowed around the hydraulic press, and flammable and explosive items are not allowed to be stored. Take fire prevention measures.
12. After the hydraulic press is finished, the power supply should be cut off, the hydraulic rod of the press should be wiped clean, the lubricating oil should be added, the mold and workpiece should be cleaned and placed neatly.
