1. Poor heat dissipation. When the four-column press is designed and selected, the oil tank design is too small, resulting in too fast oil circulation or a cooler is used due to high ambient temperature, but the cooler effect is poor, which is the cause of poor heat dissipation.
2. Air or moisture enters the oil. When the hydraulic pump of the hydraulic machine converts the oil into pressurized oil, the presence of air and moisture will increase the heat and cause overheating. Misuse of hydraulic oil with too high viscosity or hydraulic oil becomes larger. Oxidation of hydraulic oil or low ambient temperature will increase the viscosity, and hydraulic oil with too high viscosity will increase friction and cause heat.
3. The four-column press leaks seriously. Most people think that it has nothing to do with temperature rise. We all know that leakage will cause energy loss, so what is the energy loss converted into? In fact, they are all converted into heat energy, which increases the oil temperature.
4. The unloading circuit of the four-column press system is malfunctioning. Usually, an unloading valve is set at the pump outlet of the system. When the system is not loaded with no pressure oil, the system is unloaded to reduce energy loss. If the unloading valve does not work well, the oil will still overflow from the relief valve to the oil tank when the pressure oil is not needed, which will increase the oil temperature. Shock when changing direction and speed.
